Returns
Looking to return? No sweat, we’ve got you covered! Your online order can be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is:
- unworn, has no visible signs of wear
- has the original tags attached
Contiguous US returns
A $5 restocking fee in addition to the return shipment cost applies to all contiguous US returns and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Non-Contiguous US returns
A $20 restocking and shipment fee applies to all non-contiguous returns and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Canada returns
A $20 restocking and shipment fee applies to all Canada returns and will be deducted from your total refund amount. In addition, Canada return orders may be subject to additional customs, duty, or processing fees to re-enter the United States. If applicable, all original import duties paid will be refunded to your original payment method.
*Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing time from the time you ship your return, refund processing time may vary depending on your financial institution. Please note your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not allow exchanges at this time.
US Retail Stores Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase at the original place of purchase. Items must be accompanied by a receipt and in new condition with all original packaging – attached tags and/or shoe box. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Custom product is final sale.
Product not purchased from havaianas.com
We can only accept returns for purchases made through havaianas.com. All other requests should be directed to the original place of purchase. Havaianas items purchased outside the United States must be returned in the country where the original purchase took place.
Return abuse
If a customer has previously abused the return policy, Havaianas reserves the right to consider all orders final sale.
